different levels for a Fixed
Monthly Subscription enabling you to more easily control and
plan your costs.
The concept is very simple. Every month we monitor and,
depending on your service level, perform regular,
scheduled maintenance on your network. We check that your virus
protection is up to date, your backups are working, and we apply
software patches to make sure your network is running at maximum
speed and performance. We also remotely monitor your network
24/7 to detect, diagnose, and prevent lurking problems from
turning into major interruptions to your business in the form of

If you do have a problem, we can remotely connect to your PC, diagnose the problem and solve
it in exactly the same way as we would in your office, but
with less delay, inconvenience and cost of having an engineer
come onsite. You’ll be able to watch us fix your problem as we
talk with you on the telephone.
"ATech Managed" is not a
break fix service, but a complete managed service offering that
provides all of the benefits of an in-house IT staff at a
